from what weve learned in afghanistan, iraq, and vietnam the us arent such a big power house. yes they have technology, but if china practices gurrila warfare the only thing the us can do is kill civilians and make oil pipe lines.

Well Afghanistan/Iraq is kind of a shitty example of US power IMO. If they really went ALL OUT I'm talking full on total war they could rip apart anyone. They have shit like gunships, stealth bombers, ICBM's, etc. and lets not forget nuclear bombs. The US could probably make any country surrender without sending in a single soldier.

Of course all this involves killing tons of civilians, not just enemy soldiers.
