BO had a two year development cycle, Treyarch is just pretty incompetent when it comes to developing on the PS3. You know this when the game looks better on a weaker console. Don't get me wrong, I do like Black Ops and I like World At War too but to have all these issues is ridiculous. Thankfully, it looks like the 1.06 patch has done some good.
