Hm, excluding the US?
Power wise... probably England? I mean they'd take over the US' spot if the US didn't have it... but I mean they aren't fully integrated in the EU, and the people who seem to be in control of the EU actually seem hurt by it at current.
"Best"... I'm growing kinda fond of the Netherlands and/or Denmark actually. Small enough that socialism can work. Governments that actually invest and grow their money.... once again so socialism can work... the videogame taxes would be daunting, but with steam... I'd just buy everything on steam.
