Exactly. Not to mention that there are millions of people in the US that target practice in their backyards with no issues that sapphi tries to raise as problematic.
As I type this, I am 1 mile from a gun range, and about 50 feet from a neighbor that shoots in his 1 acre backyard almost every day. As long as you have remotely intelligent people, there won't be issues like sapphi assumes are reasons for making something illegal.
