thank you guys... those links will be helpful... but it does tell me that XB or for that matter modern consoles lack of real shared co op experience in some genre.... cause i could easily see co-op on many RPG like mass effect infinite undiscovery etc.... with split screen, each player controlling a character or more....

and more major platformers (with co op) wouldn't hurt either...  a good kameo 2.... or what a hell sega and all the devs that were releasing platformers back in the genesis era are doing.... aladin, the lion king, a good sonic, alex kid etc etc.... it's not like there is no past franchise or concept to remake... especially with the bunch of "casual" gamers you have now a days... which for a big part are actually old timers that use to have a nintendo or sega when they were 10 in the 80's 90's that are craving for some childhood memories to share with there kids or just relieve today...

I don't know about you, even if I enjoy those new titles like gow, halo, call of duty, fable.... beside those major titles that to be honest have a very short time of game play if you don't count the hours of multiplayer you can get out of it... you don't have much to enjoy in between those major release which mostly happen around the holiday season.... it's like you have too many games being developed with only a few getting major attention and care from the devs.... I could deal with less half baked title or new concept wannabes... at 60 bucks a piece i'd rather have twice more time of gameplay in smaller environments and with a little bit more challenge well balanced along the entire game... not like now where it's so easy on normal difficulty and those artificial tough spot just there to slow you down so it seems the game last longer... I think they are trying too hard and forgot what formulas have always been working because they were good ideas and still are... there is no shame in redoing what is working well... back in the days i don't remember a single game I could finish in one week end and they were fitting on a rom
