Clearly Konami thinks there is more potential on the HD consoles. If Downpour is a great game it could be a potentially big seller on the HD consoles. While sales will likely be modest on the Wii regardless how good it is.

Why not combine the Wii and PS2 sales of Shattered Memories? ;/

Well the PS2 version was launched for only $30.

Anyhow, the OP is asking why are they bringing it to the HD consoles but not Wii.

Neither Homecoming or Shattered Memories had particularly big sales. But Konami clearly sees more potential to have a hit on the HD consoles.
