Well, there is in Japan, at least. Though I think that with Japanese companies starting to cancel projects, it shows the light at the end of the tunnel for the PSP. We'll see how fast it gets there.
As for new games, well... Gamestop still has a page with a couple of games to preorder for the PS2, so...
