1. Tales of Vesperia has local co-op. Fable III does as well. I'd recommend either of those.
2. Splinter Cell: Conviction has its own co-op campaign, which is a lot of fun. Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light also has fantastic co-op.
I dunno about 3 and 4.
5. The only party games I know of right now are music games like Rock Band and Guitar Hero. Original Xbox had Fusion Frenzy, which was awesome, but I heard the sequel on the 360 was terrible, so I don't really know.
