Hard to tell, looks alot like the PSPhone but I see no real (over heating issues a side) why the two designs shouldn't be similiar anyway. It makes sense for all Playstation branded handhelds to have a common interface and design, or something.
It does look different to the actual leaked PSPhone that can be seen on youtube. Still we'll find out soon, some rumours were they'd done away with the fold out type design and gone for a more PSP type look.
