Can Gears of War 3 sell 10 million copies?

I cannot understand how some would say that It's not entirely impossible for Gears 3 to sell 10 Mil but most likely wont. It's impossible. So no.

 

I can so see it topping 7 Mil with ease and 8 Mil tops lifetime.
