Yeah, as much as I love Helena Bonham Carter to death in everything she does, she's too old for Harley.  I'm actually really not sure what young actress has the proper mix of hot and crazy to get Harley right.  Whoever they pick they're going to have a hard time living up to the voice of the Batman animated series Harley.
