LOL I am not suprised it was fake. I think it could be possible in some kind of mutation, but I have never heard of it actually happening. I am shocked that anybody would fall for that. Personally I find the whole girl having three boobs sort of disgusting If I ever get married to a girl I would sure hope their isn't a suprise below the shirt. Not that I'd miss a third boob lol!
