They could go $350, but in doing so, once again they'll make Nintendo's latest offering look like a bargain by comparison.

I don't think touting a bullet list of features as to why it costs so much more would do much to sway consumers either. Offhand, 3G would be the only big feature for anyone not buying it for just the games, and even then, details regarding subscription rates or usage fees need to be spelled out first.
