Who still remembers Giants: Citizen Kabuto?

I love this game! Never finished it though, it's almost impossible for me to win the base-building levels.

ps: I'm planning on going into game development. I was thinking of trying to make a Giants remake/ unofficial sequel. Anybody knows if someone will sue me for that?
