Can Gears of War 3 sell 10 million copies?

To me 7 million is all but guaranteed for the game, it looks phenominal both graphically and gameplay wise.  Easily in my top 3 most anticipated games this year.

10 million I'm not so sure about but I do think its possible.  Personally though I'm gonna predict 7.5 - 8 million.
