I have 1 black 3DS preordered from Amazon, and I couldn't care less what the actual day 1 launch titles list will be like.
Even if there will end up being nothing I am interested in day 1, there are more than enough games I want in the 2 month "launch window" until E3. The price is not going to drop in that period, so I might as well pre-order and make sure I have a 3DS when the games I want come out instead of waiting until they come out and then possibly having to "fight" to get one...
