It may be legal but you gotta watch it. You could end up on the no fly list, or maybe your comments will be reported and you won't be able to get access to government buildings and such. Your name could be put on a CIA, FBI and Secret Service watch list. If you went alittle far like actually saying how you could kill Obama you could be arrested for plotting an assasination. Or maybe you could be arrested for uttering threats.

Their are several legal ways the US Government could make your life hell. Fact is right now many of those people are probubly being watched. Every threat can be taken seriously, most aren't but if the Government decides to make an example of you , your fucked.

It's best to keep death threats and talk off the interwebs and between you and friends only. Everything you say online can be traced and monitored.
