I do notice that scotland doesn't usually survive even 50 years in my games. GB is almost too powerful, they always defeat france in my game and france usually ends up looking like germany with all the fractured states. That, or half of it is british red. |

What I did with Scotland was manage to unify the rest of what would be UK and ally France and someone else (can't remember who) in a war against england. It started well as England wouldn't send that many armies my way and they were slowly losing territories in both fronts but then France pulled out and I was raped.
