If they kept it to themselves, and maybe figured a way to bring back the advertised features without blowing the PS3's door wide open, then I can agree. Well put, and also @ Thranx, the hackers and pirates are one in the same in this case, Cause and effect, the hackers opened the system to be pirated. And i'm sick of ppl saying other OS was an advertised feature, it wasnt. I've yet to see someone make this arguement and have anything to back it up with.

Thats wierd, I bought the Motorstorm bundle in Oct of 07 and I have the box right here and dont see that anywhere. You sure about that?

I'm going off of that article, so i concede i may be wrong on that. Still looking for the lawsuit results also. When I find more I will post it.
So as far as I can find it was not on the box. It was on various sony webpages according to the law suits currently going through the us court system. feel free to lok up the pdf's. there are atleat 5 plus cases involving lawsuits against sony for the removal of otherOS. Hard to get info though as they are still going the courts.
