I don't really hate any hw manufacturer.  I am sometimes discontent with their actions.  This gen, I'm definitely the most discontent with Microsoft's strategy and thus eventually sold off my Xbox 360.

I'm one that doesn't give two craps about Halo and Gears.  But, when MS said they were going to start catering to the jRPG crowd, I went ahead and bought one.  But then they dropped us like a rock after a few less than stellar sales of games in that genre.  Their first party strategy has also been less than desirable, and now I can play everything I want to play on PC and PS3.  In America, most people think Xbox is the greatest thing to grace the gaming world so I'm in the small minority.

As with Sony, there are some dick moves that I'm not happy with.  I don't really like how they removed linux (never used it, but they shouldn't remove an advertised feature), and PS2 BC.  I am happy with their first party strategy and I think they have the best publisher / studio out of any software and hardware company.

Nintendo is okay, even though this is my least favorite gen with them.  They could make their hardware just a little more powerful and cater to their fans (not fanboys who support anything their company does blindly) with some new IPs.  Please release Xenoblade and TLS to the West.  I do get a little angry at their fans every time someone says "S0ny C0pyzz" without researching it a little bit (like the fact that the move was being researched way before the Wii was released).  No one accuses them of copying Sony for putting an analog stick on the 3DS.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials
