Twisted Metal and The Last Guardian are both already delayed till 2012 according to Gamestop corporate. Whether or not they do indeed get pushed back remains to be officially announced but both of those I'm 95% sure aren't coming this year.

I could be wrong, but didn't David Jaffe say about 2 months ago that Twisted Metal will definitely be released in 2011 and that they will announce a release date soon? I'm not sure...
Well, I guess 2-3 games will be delayed in 2011. Currently I think it will be The Last Guardian, Ratchet & Clank and probably another one.

He did but corporate told us that the game is being pushed to a January / February release of next year. My guess is Sony wants to make room for Uncharted 3 and Resistance 3 sales, not to mention the Mass Effect 3 / Elder Scrolls monster combo and the inevitable Call of Duty. 2011 is just too packed and honestly I'm not sure if Twisted Metal would be able to compete so its probably for the best delaying it.

Ah, ok. Yeah it's probably a good idea to delay it. I first thought they would be able to release it in the first half 2011, which seems to be less packed than the second half. But well, beginning of 2012 seems like a good choice to me.

yeah I mean they may be wrong and if Twisted Metal is able to come out around the first half of 2011 that would be awesome news I just don't see it happening personally. There's been very little info on it so far outside of the bit shown during E3 and is flying under radar right now plus on our pre-order screens its slated for January / February ish of 2012 which like we both said would probably be a safer release window for it.
