I see her point. Mall security should not have posted the video, granted, had she not come forward with her identity, very few people would know it was her. However, private camera systems such as this should probably remain private as it is humiliating to be on the world's stage for things like this.
Now if that were me, I wouldn't be suing, I'd be trying to cash in on every talk show to laugh at myself for 15mins.
