IMO that's just PR talk. I think the reason why MS doesn't take actions against is because they know it's doesn't change anything. Consoles and phones get hacked anyway. Lawsuits and anti-piracy measures just slow down the process and are ultimately just a waste of money. look at the lawsuit against geohot from Sony now. They have zero chance to win that thing, I don't want to know how much it will cost Sony.
