Yes, i know, but its better for developers for Sony systems, and this should keep Activision off their back for the moment.
as Activision cant blame Sony for PS3 COD hacks, when Sony are blocking piracy, which Activision are claiming is the reason for COD hacks, which we know now dosent make sense. and it also gives Sony and Activision the ability to completely block that code (copy) of COD being played again and they can also ban this persons account.
