This is exactly my problem, why the f*** did they fill FF13 will hours upon hours of sh** teen melodrama when they had a perfectly good script to draw from. the only problem i have with the mythology is that i've finished FF12 and, it seems too similar to that imho. and i think that Toriyama and his crew have taken all the best ideas from the mythology of Ivalice.
