Team Fortress 2.. So is counter strike is a not too bad competitive FPS, I had Source, it was pretty fun. I think you can get a pack of CS:S, TF:2 and Gary's mod for like $20 or something, but that was like 3 years ago when I brought mine >_>
Battlefield 2 is awesome, if a bit old :D
