See the stores I said, it's not them. Gerry Harvey led no doubt. That guy is an absolute idiot. David Jones and Myer are blaming online sales for their lagging sales. Couldn't it simply be because they are over priced, as well as Harvey Norman, I don't even know who soloman lew is.
Woolworths and Westfarmers (to a larger extent) simply have changed their business models rather than bitching. Again if this gets passed people will simply boycott the stores involved and then vote out whoever changed the law that did it. Plain and simple. Every single customer I have spoken to has the same thoughts, not one agrees with what they are trying to do.
They are trying to force people to buy australian stuff or stuff from australian stores. The issue is it is a Goods and Services Tax. David Jones etc dont do the business it is overseas, who does it. This is meant to be the 'lucky country' Gerry Harvey is an absolute douche.
