that is does especially the new AI and physics/animation systems, the procedurally generated missions actually sound like they could be good as well. But it does seem to be an updated version of the old engine rather than an entirely new one. Still sounds like large strides have been made on the technical side of things. And from the sound of things the tools for creating and presenting content have improved so the game should be far better than oblivion over all lol...

I agree, but the engine works for the game so they didn't need a completely new engine. Also i love your sig.
