Atari 2600 - Defender. I think Pac-man was the pack-in, but I was so young then I'm not sure.

Dreamcast - Sonic Adventure, NFL 2K, Soul Caliber (Bought all 3 at launch)
Playstation 2 - NFL 2K3
Xbox - Panzer Dragoon Orta, Jet Set Radio Future (if you haven't guessed, I was a Sega fan)
Gamecube - Super Mario Sunshine
