Let's see if memory serves me:

Nes (1988):  Packed with Super Mario and Duck Hunt (first purchase months later was Mag Max--it sucked)

Gameboy (1990): Packed with Tetris (first Purchase was Super Mario Land)

Super Nes (1993):  Packed with Super Mario World/Super Mario All Stars was supposed to come free in the mail.  (Purchased Mario Kart and Street Fighter 2 a year before I even had the console).

N64 (1996):  No pack in. (First purchase was Super Mario 64 with the console).

Playstation (1996):  Packed with Battle Arena Toshinden (purchased Tomb Raider a month before I got the console--purchased Resident Evil along with the console)

Gameboy Advance (2000):  No pack in (purchased Super Mario Advance with the console)

Dreamcast (2000):  No pack in (purchased Sonic Adventure and Soul Calibur with the console)

Playstation 2 (2001):  No pack in (purchased Zone of the Enders and The Bouncer at the same time as the console)

Sega Genesis (2001):  No pack in (purchased Sonic the Hedgehog 2 with the console)

Gamecube (2001): No pack in (purchased Wave Race Blue Storm and Rogue Leader at the same time as the console)

Nintendo DS (2004):  Packed with Metroid Prime Hunters; First Hunt (purchased Feel the Magic--there wasn't much to choose from....)

Xbox 360 (2007): Packed with Call of Duty 2--barely played it (Purchased Kameo: Element of Power with the console)

Nintendo Wii (2008):  Packed with Wii Sports (Purchased Resident Evil: Wii Edition with the console)

Playstation 3 (2008):  Packed with Metal Gear Solid 4 and PAIN (purchased Uncharted about a month later.)

PSP (2009):  No pack in game.  (Purchased--and NEVER EVEN PLAYED Rainbow Six Vegas with the console).

 

And for the record, I was a day 1 purchaser of Mario 64 (didn't get the system until a week later--long story), the Gamecube, and the DS.  Proud moments, those were.
