but i'll avoid any story information for this game, since it could be, that spoilers have killed my XIII Experience back then.

He is either a love interest or a rival, the latter hopefully, Square-Enix love stories are worse than George Lucas'

camon you did not like ff 8 and ff 10 love story ??? you are a rock man you have no feelings xD

They were awful. Especially FF10's, worse than Anakin-Padme's love story in Star Wars films. FF8's love story didn't really make sense, actually I think I only liked FF8 because I was 13 when I played it, when I replay it now I just see so many problems in that games plot, gameplay and characters. I stopped replaying FF8 because I didn't want my new impressions to ruin the feeling I had with it when I was younger.

It was ok, better than VIII and X's but nothing special.

I completely agree with you about FFX ,and you may have right about some things on FFVIII, but the game has other aspects that make me forgive the flaws...As for FFIV ..good but nothing special?I think you are too strict.Romance in games never had the quality of Casablanca :P I think they did their best,
