Wow, not only are Valve supporting the PS3, but in doing so they're making buying the PC version of the game pointless (if you own a PS3). Gabe Newell would be rolling in his grave if he were dead but since that's not the case he's probably rolling in Sony's money.

PC/MAC version should be $10 cheaper. And I doubt Sony is giving him any money.

why is it that when sony gets something like this the developers just love em but when ms does its because microsoft paid them lots and lots of money. Choose one or the other, Sony obviously did pay valve, as if you really think otherwise, why the hell are you against Microsoft?

Because the variables arent in a vaccuum. There is a distinct very real reason why this is only done on PSN, MSFT alone is holding these types of things back by locking up their online store.

Now, id be echoing your sentiments if there was no logistical reason why this wasnt being done on Xbox Live, but sadly there is.

Now nothing comes for free so im sure overhead was covered or aided by Sony since theyre benefiting fromt his as well......., but to imply Sony paid Valve to EXCLUDE Xbox Live in the way MSFT pays to EXCLUDE DLC from PS3 users is downright, urine inducing, milk coming out of the nose hilarous.
