lol we all knew ff13 was going to have some sort of comprimise once it hit 360, and it did get downgraded even from the current ps3 version which is still inferior to the original they showed before it went multi, now ff13 struggled on pulse on 360 it barely even was playable once it got to that stage, so honestly i do not see ffvs13 running on 360 seen as it's already showing better graphics and the openness that pulse added (once you got there) in fact the minute i hit pulse i was actually happier with ff13, now if only they tackled the fact it literally had the worst story ever.
