No, Just Like Metal Gear Solid Rising, FF13 and FF13-2.

But hey, Im all for it Staying Exclusive.

MGS Rising was never exclusive it was even revealed first in the MS conference in E3 2010, FF13-2 was just revealed from the get go as multiplatform.
