Your logic is broken... A spin-off and a sequal to a multi-platform game are ANNOUNCED multiplat from the beginning, there for a game that's been tagged as exclusive for years will announced multiplat?

It's been what? Like 2 years? if it was going multi-plat I'm pretty sure we'd know by now. Seriously, if they're gonna release FFXIII in Japan, they'd might as well announce it by now.
Get it through to yourself that not all 3rd party games are destined to be multi-plat. You're only making yourself a laugh when you walk into a thread making bold claims like that and it never happens.
