Great deal and very promising though.

Valve never "hated" PS3. Gabe criticised PS3 for not being development friendly, which was true, and even now it's still the most challenging platform to develop on.

I don't understand this "changing sides" thinking. Gabe Newell has always criticised all consoles for not being open, and claimed they only developed for Xbox because it was "easy money".

Criticism is a good thing in my opinion.
