IGN gave Mass Effect 2 a 9.6 on 360 and a 9.5 on the PS3...why?

simple, gamne reviews are based if even slightly, on the system's current lineup; ie; Is this game more of a buy then other games that you CAN buy within your platform. There are better games to compete with ME2 on PS3, therefore, the recommendatino to buy is lower.  XD
