The only server issue i've ever had was being put in a queue to wait my turn. I was about the 115th person in the queue and it went rather quickly. I have not encountered any disconnects, freezes, or shut down of any sort either. Now of course i'm probably just lucky as a friend of mine text me last night mentioning how he was disconnected twice and then the servers went down for maintenance.
Regardless of what anyone sais - this game has far exceeded many peoples expectations, including mine. I have never thought in my life time i would end up buying a game that required a monthly fee to continue paying. As long as SOE supports this game the way they should, then it can and will be a cult hit.
