How? How do losers that need to hack trophies compare to people that put in the serious time and effort to get them? If anything, this makes trophies useless because anyone can get them now but before this, trophies showed that you really put alot of effort into mastering a game. You can't say that a hack shows the concept of a trophy system is pointless.

But I never get a sense of achievement because it doesn't affect my game at all in any way. Leveling up in an MMO and being able to use a new weapon through that level up is more of an achievement because in game you gain strength, etc. Trophies and achievements do no such thing (from what I've seen and done).

Oh, I'm just saying what I feel about these achievement stuff... I could care less about it generally though. It doesn't make a game add or lose anything right?

All depends on how you look at it.
I can use cheat codes/gameshark to use that weapon you took hours leveling up to use.
I can use hacks to get that trophy that took a crazy a one man army in MAG to get.

Yeah, but the trophy doesn't add anything special to the game you are playing. If I hack to get the best weapon in the game, it feels good for sometime and actually makes a change to the game (You're STRONGER). Trophies don't do that. I guess they give off a sense of accomplishment... because they are called trophies or achievements... for some reason.
