WHat could the 3DS do to fail, a tough question...
I guess it could have a battery life that is borderline unusable
I guess it could be unfarily and unessacarily region-locked
Maybe the asthetics could be toned down from DSLite/DSi into something more unproportioned and akward
They could try slapping a higher price tag on both the machine and the software too
Oh wait, they aleady did that, I guess Nintendo decided to answer the question before it was asked.
