And another thing about this whole shitstorm, is that the people who support it where proud and happy to tell EVERYONE "Sony CAN'T do ANYTHING to stop this" they have the keys and whatnot, and how they could trick the ps3 into thinking anything is legit, and how it's walking though the front door undetected insted of the back window (like with 360, wii, etc which can easily be decteded)

and yet now when we are getting nothing but BAD news (all the things d********s said they didn't want to happen), the same poeple are saying but but teh wii and 360 has hacks and piracy, so it won't effect the ps3 even though you just got finish bragging about how the hack on ps3 is WAY worse but all of a sudden it won't be any woser than on the other platforms.

here's the reality of the situation, nothing good has come form this good intention hack, just that one piece of firm ware that douchebag released that has been used for nothing but hacking and cheating in online games, and piracy. where's the homebrew......where's the custom themes (and really custom themes), etc. I ask where you short sighted *******,I actually liked MW2 which is unplayable now -__-

 

 

 

 

oh and food for thought, ask your self hackers, you say linux and other os was the reason for the hack, and knowing Sony removed the feature to combat hacking, do you think it will even be an option next gen, when it would have actually been usefull running on hardware that could suppot it properly.

 

 

for an extremely talented and gifted group, these guys make really stupid decisions.


Explain why Black Ops was pirated less than Modern Warfare 2 yet purchased A LOT more.

Explain why the Music industry has grown instead of shrunk.

 

Explain how piracy doesn't partially help sales when pirated copies majority of the time can not be used online? Which actually promotes the purchase of a legit copy to prevent your console from being banned by going online with a banned copy.

 

Instead of throwing around insults due to knowing zero about the actual homebrew and/or piracy scene, try to actually form an argument that can be worked with. You don't help your argument at all with the approach you take.

 

Oh and food for though, people don't play Call of Duty on XBox 360?

And here I thought more people played on 360 than PS3. 360 version has been hacked for over a year.

it was......and it fucking sucked, so because their version is hacked I have to accept the fact that mines is now to??? more FAIL logic.

you know people actaully like the comfort that they can play a game online and not have to worry about some lowlife douchbag ruining the experience by cheating, I got that on ps3.....no anymore. I could careless 360 fans had to deal with a hacked version, that don't make my situation better,

I was shot and that sucks, but so was this other guy it's ok I guess -__-

and about the music indusrty......REALLY, imagine if just one percent of the people who pirate music actually brought it legally, that industry revenue would be 10 fold what it is now.
