The only deterent is that you lose anything you paid for over PSN. can they even disable a consoles online. seems like they have an impossible task in front of them.

I think someone mentioned it before, they do have the option to disable entire console so probably have an option to disable consoles online. If they disable console completely there'll be a shit storm, so they'll have to stick to just banning it from PSN like MS does. And if you do lose the DLC, they can just go off to create a new account, fill it up with like 1.5k trophies and trawl online like pheasants with coloured wings. I really don't see the point in this but yeah.. Some people are just extremely vain.
