Is there a released hack for the xbox 360 slim to paly pirated games

just out of interest cause when i was reading the thread about how bad the ps3 hack is compared to the 360 one member mentioned that it is proving extremly hard to hack then i did a search on google and couldnt find a way i found a video of a hacked 360 but not how to hack it.
