Two spaces after sentences drive me insane. It's wrong. It's been wrong for half a century. So, if any of you have teachers who, like my old teachers all the way through college, tell you to use two spaces, point them to this link:

It amazes me how many people still cling to typography rules that were originally created for use on turn-of-the-century typewriters. Occasionally, I still see a publication or blog use two spaces between sentences and it drives me up the wall.
