I assume they are doing something. Their lawyers being busy doesn't mean much since they are obviously not in charge of the coding (though maybe they are looking for new staff in the encyption department XD).
Otherwise, obviously what's out is out, and what isn't, is just going to be released anonymously if they win. As far as the PS3 is concerned the case isn't going to fix anything. But it is going to set a precident, so pretty important nevertheless.
