As Chibi says, the "as powerful" as the PS3 is just marketing/PR speech to say it will be really power full. but with smaller screen ans smaller resolution, it will need less power to have the same looking as PS3 games.
By the way, will they think of added an active cooling to cool this little monster as a pocket nuclear plant to have more than 30 minutes battery life if the device is this powerful?
But we must first concentrate ourselves on the way to entertain people, for video games to live. Else, it's a world where sales representative will win, which has as effect to kill creativity. I want to say to the creators all around the world:"Courage, Dare!". Shigeru Miyamoto.
