PS3 has been hacked a lot deeper than Xbox 360, in case you haven't noticed, and PSP is not as good an online system as PS3, PS2 and PS1 weren't that much of online consoles at all. If you want to compare PS3 to something it has to be the PC.

No it hasn't...look up what JTAG is. Xbox 360 still leads the pack in hackablitity.

The difference is you cannot JTAG any console and the number of consoles availble to hack are dwindling daily.  I doubt Sony can do anything to people now the master key has been extracted, it's a wide open door to the heart of the system to decrypt every other key.  The 360 root key has never been discovered to my knowledge  (if such a thing exists on the hardware) only the CPU key could be extracted which is unique for every console.

Root key has not been discovered for 360, but Jtag was a potential thread to online gaming on the 360 as well. Why can't you Jtag every console? CAuse MS fixed the issue quickly...and didn't waste time suing people that made the JTAG hack in the first place.
