I can't figure this out. I live in northeast Ohio and there's at least 4 7/11s  within a few miles from where I live.

Where at? Towards Cleveland? Because there are a few up there. 

ok, so why are spreading false information about northeast Ohio having zero 7-elevens?

It was hyperbole. There's not 7-11's in the Youngstown- Kent area, where I am.
