I'm from the South so I'm framiliar with Memphis BBQ, Carolina BBQ and Kasas City BBQ. I don't think you will find it as good in NH but all of those types are featured. Manchester, NH alone has a couple BBQ places that are pretty good. Plus I have a friend in NH that replaces holidays with meat holidays. For example, instead of having a Christmas Party he has a Meatmas Party. There was BBQ porc, beer and chicken. He is doing another one for Easter with a Meatster Party.
