According to the Twisted Pixel Twitter Feed and CEO Michael Wilford, the recently released Capcom Mobile game MaXplosion is a rip-off of their popular 2009 XBLA game ’Splosion Man. Via Twitter, Wilford mentioned that they originally pitched the idea of ’Splosion Man to Capcom who rejected the idea.

It's one thing to see games being ripped off and borrowed from, but this is what makes the current situation unforgiveable inmy opinion.
If this happened in the book publishing or music industries we would see the most massive copyright suit in history...
